With deep expertise spanning supply chain strategy, customer experience, CI, obsolescence + cost/pricing architecture, financial planning and analysis, and organizational redesign, Will brings the kind of institutional knowledge that can only be earned, not consulted from a distance.
Beyond the boardroom, Will is a committed community advocate, serving on multiple boards and committees including the Boys & Girls Club and Horizon Education Alliance. A lifelong learner with passions ranging from soccer and percussion to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and his beloved Chicago sports franchises, Will leads with both conviction and authenticity.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama and is completing a Master of Business Administration at Boston University's Questrom School of Business (expected 2028).
